Your area of responsibility

In Technical Sales, you will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through your competent customer advice and your conscientious and efficient way of working, while at the same time making an important and valuable contribution to the successful growth of the company.
Your main tasks are

- Providing technical customer advice on a wide range of products and solutions.
- Clarification of customer requirements and feasibility.
- Technical and commercial clarifications within the Group and with partner companies.
- Preparation and follow-up of quotations, support for the external sales team.
- Maintaining product master data and creating parts lists in the ERP system.
- Processing quality reports; documentation and coordination of cases with the manufacturer's plant.
- Occasional customer visits in Switzerland, participation in trade fairs.
- Supporting the back office with order processing.
Your profile

Basic training in electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronics with further commercial training, preferably at HF level.
IT-savvy, in particular, confident with ERP systems and MS Office.
Customer orientation with strong communication skills.
Prior successful experience in a client-facing role, such as technical sales or technical customer support.
Very good knowledge of German and good oral command of English (min B2), French is an advantage.
Electrical engineering background.
Technical profile with sales experience.
Recent experience in Switzerland required.
